Masaq Hub

Product

A memory layer for the building, and the tools to run it.

Masaq Hub does two jobs: it keeps your corporation’s knowledge — captured from the email that already flows through it — and it runs the day-to-day: requests, bookings, permits, announcements, votes.

The memory layer

Nothing is lost. Everything is cited.

A mailbox for the building

Each corporation gets its own email address. CC it, and the message and every attachment are kept permanently — nothing depends on someone remembering to upload.

OCR on everything

Scanned engineer reports, photographed invoices, image-only PDFs — all become machine-readable text on arrival, then summarized and keyword-indexed.

Meetings become minutes

Board meetings run over Zoom are recorded and transcribed, and the transcript is turned into minutes that live with the rest of the record.

Figures become charts

Recurring numbers — the reserve-fund balance across monthly financial statements, for example — are extracted into series you can actually look at.

Answers with citations

Ask a question in plain language; the assistant answers from the building's own records and links to the source document every time. It's a research assistant over your records, not an oracle.

Permission-bounded, always

The assistant is bounded by the same permissions as the person asking. A resident's question is answered only from what that resident can already open; a director's, from what the board can see.

Human-confirmed filing

Anyone can email a building's address — so nothing becomes visible or quotable until a person confirms where it belongs and who can see it. The system suggests a folder and audience; approval is one click. That gate is why you can trust the answer.

Open access via MCP

Directors who already use an AI assistant of their own can query the building from it over the Model Context Protocol, inside the same permissions.

On the roadmap

Two things we’re building next, and say so plainly: full-text search across document contents, so recall doesn’t depend on remembering which thread something arrived in; and deeper assisted filing, so the confirm step gets even shorter. Today, filed and well-named documents are found reliably; a raw mail pile still benefits from a human pointing at the right thread.

Configured, not custom-coded

Your building’s quirks, in hours.

One building wants concierge parcel tracking. Another wants bike storage registration. Another wants a fob-and-key register with an approval flow. Masaq Hub’s core is a configurable catalogue of place types, roles, permissions, and page layouts — so a building-specific module is a few hours of configuration, not a change request with a quote attached.

We build these modules with you during onboarding, included in the price, within an agreed scope.

Linked corporations

Shared facilities, finally shared properly.

Shared visitor parking between towers, a pool owned by a common-element corporation, amenities split across three corporations — today that usually runs on paper, spreadsheets, or a shared login nobody is comfortable with.

Masaq Hub links each corporation’s system while every manager keeps control of their own building’s resources, with configurable access to the shared ones. Residents of every linked building book from the same app.

Straight answers

What Masaq Hub is not.

You’re evaluating software for a corporation you’re legally responsible for. You deserve the boundaries up front.

We are not your accounting back office.

Masaq Hub tracks charges and payments, but it is not a general ledger. It sits comfortably alongside whatever accounting system your management company already runs.

We don't issue status certificates.

Status-certificate platforms are established and specialized; we integrate into your workflow rather than replacing them.

The app is installable web, not app-store native.

Masaq Hub works on any phone as an installable web app — no download required, nothing to keep updated.
