Company
Built by a condo director who got tired of losing the answer.
Masaq Mind Inc. is a Canadian company, federally incorporated and based in Vaughan, Ontario. Masaq Hub began on a real condo board, with a real question nobody could answer — and the realization that every building loses its memory the same way.
Why we exist
Buildings outlive boards. Their knowledge should too.
Condo corporations are unusual institutions: they own multi-million-dollar assets, they’re governed by volunteers who rotate every few years, and they’re operated by managers who change companies. The building stays; the people — and their inboxes — go.
We build the system of record that stays with the building: captured with near-zero effort from the correspondence that already exists, organized with a human in the loop, and answerable by anyone the corporation allows — in plain language, with sources.

Trust & continuity
Commitments a board can hold us to.
Your data is yours
Every document, record, and message belongs to your corporation. You can export it all in open formats, on request, at any time — and that commitment goes in the contract, not just on this page.
Answers you can check
The assistant cites the source document for every answer, with a link. It is a research tool over your own records — not an authority on legal or financial questions, and we say so in the product itself.
Permissions are the architecture
Access control is enforced at the data layer — row-level security — not as an afterthought in the interface. The assistant operates inside those same boundaries, and nothing crosses between buildings.
A human confirms what the AI can quote
Anything can be emailed to a building's address, so nothing becomes visible or quotable until a person confirms where it belongs and who may see it. In-camera board material stays in camera.
Backups, documented
Your archive is continuously backed up, and we'll walk your board through the backup and recovery posture as part of any evaluation.
Ask us the hard questions
Vendor risk is a fair concern about any young company. Ask about continuity, security, and data portability — you'll get direct answers in writing, and we'd rather lose a deal than dodge the question.
Contact
Talk to a person, not a funnel.
Whether you’re a director, a manager, or a management company — write to us. We’d rather hear how you handle your records today than pitch you.
